Data Deletion Request

To delete your LovePoints account and personal data:

1. Email lovepointsapp@hotmail.com from the same email used in the app.
2. Include: “Delete my LovePoints account”, your display name (if set), and (optional) a reason.
3. We’ll verify ownership and delete your account and associated personal data from our systems. We will confirm by email once complete.

If you reinstall in the future, you’ll start fresh with a new account.
