• Device data for notifications: A device/push token so we can send reminders you enable.
• Basic analytics/diagnostics: Crash/error logs and aggregated usage to improve stability.

• Provide core features (sync, reminders, partner connection).
• Keep the app secure and improve performance.
• Communicate important changes (e.g., policy updates).

Where data is stored

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage) as our cloud provider. Your data is processed and stored by Google Cloud/Firebase according to their terms and security standards.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share with service providers that help run the app (e.g., Firebase) under strict agreements.

Data retention & deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see Data Deletion Request). We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.

LovePoints is intended for users 13+ (or the applicable age in your region).
